I wonder if some of you guys have same bad experience as i with skypephones. I have for some time - without problems - been using skype through my computer. Thought that it would be a good idea to get one of these wireless units where you can make skypecalls -also when your computer is not turned on. Got a Topcom webtalker 6000. No way to get the unit working in spite of the plug and play claim on the package. Returned it and got a new one. Same story again. Did not work. Then i hired two guys from the local internet provider. Computerfreaks. They had to give up after some time. Is Topcom just such a bad unit?? Any good experience with other makes??
I wonder if maybe some of you have good experience with phones where you run through your computer.
